POCO sponsors and participates in SPEED

On April 12-13, 2014, School of Electrical Engineering Wuhan University hosted the Symposium on Power Electronics & Electrical Drives (SPEED). Professional elites from around the country gathered together. They exchanged and discussed relevant academic issues, showing a perfect integration of the most advanced theories and industry applications. POCO as a sponsor, exhibited powder cores of various sizes and shapes, which attracted wide attention from representatives and spectators presented at the symposium.
SPEED was co-sponsored by 10 universities: Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Chongqing University, South China University of Technology, Wuhan University. These 10 members of the unit take turns to undertake the SPEED. The SPEED is intent on developing into an important academic forum of power electronic & electrical drives subjects in China. To date, SPEED has been successfully held for seven times, and it has become an important platform for academic exchange of domestic power electronics industry.
